Marquee Set Up Instructions

In this article we will go over how to set up a gazebo or marquee in under 5 minutes and hassle free. We recommend two or more people for this task, but it can also be done by just one person if your marquee is a small one (3×3 or 3×4.5).

No tools are required, all you will need is your tent frame and rooftop, an area large enough for your marquee, and these simple steps:

1. Remove the frame from the carry bag, and place it in the center of the area where you want to set up the marquee. We highly recommend setting up the marquee on a level surface.
2. Open the frame to about one third of its maximum size.

Place the canopy top over the frame, and attach each corner of the rooftop to each leg using the velcros in place. Place the top of the peak/center pole(s) in the corresponding socket on the peak(s) of the rooftop. If you have a custom printed rooftop, make sure the printing is facing in the desired direction.

Open up the frame to its full size. The easiest way to complete this step is having two people simultaneously pull from opposite corner legs.

Push the sliding bracket in each leg upwards until it clicks into position. This will keep the frame fully opened at all times.

Fully extend all legs. If you have full walls, we recommend attaching them now.

If you want to give your marquee extra stability attach to the legs any weight plates, sand bags, or water bases and tie the ropes to the corresponding spots on each corner of the rooftop, fully extend them outwards and secure them to the ground with the pegs.

If you have half walls attach them now: attach the half wall bar connectors to the legs between which you want to place the half wall, pass the half wall bar through the sleeve in the half wall, attach the half wall bar to the connectors and attach the half wall to the legs with the velcro straps.

Congratulations, your gazebo is now fully set up!
