Safe and sturdy, BigTop Shades gazebos and tents will protect your staff and customers from rain, sun and wind.
The 40 Series Pro Steel range is the frame we usually recommend to most clients as these are sturdy and cost-effective. If you need to use the tent multiple times per week, or in harsh environments and weather conditions (by the beach), we recommend the stronger 50 Series Heavy Duty.

We always recommend the 600D PVC Coated Polyester fabric as it offers great value for money. If your want to use the tent on a very casual basis, the 420 Oxford is a great entry level choice. If however, you need to set up the gazebo multiple times per week, all year long, go with the 580GSM 100% PVC fabric.

Its strong steel construction provides a reliable and solid presence that performs well across a wide range of environments.
The A2 Lightweight Aluminium frame is ideal for teams that need easy transport and fast setup between multiple locations, making it particularly useful for roadshows and mobile marketing.
For organisations seeking a premium, long-term solution, the A4 Heavy Duty Aluminium range is the best overall option. It is designed for frequent use and demanding environments, making it ideal for ongoing brand activations and regular corporate event schedules where reliability and presentation quality are key.

For fabric selection, we generally recommend the 600D PVC Coated Polyester as the best overall package, offering a strong balance of durability, professional appearance, and practicality. The lighter 420D fabric is typically not recommended for corporate use due to its lower perceived quality, while the 580GSM 100% PVC fabric is usually only necessary for very frequent, year-round use or harsh weather environments. In most cases, we recommend discussing requirements with us to ensure the right specification is selected.
Production and delivery typically take 10 to 14 days from artwork approval, though this can be expedited when conditions allow. In express situations, an additional fee may apply depending on the urgency and production requirements.
