We always recommend the 600D PVC Coated Polyester fabric, however if you are located in Northern Territory, Western Australia or North Queensland and you want to use the tent in harsh weather conditions, you may want to consider our 580GSM 100% PVC fabric.

The S10 Pro Steel range is the most popular choice among sports clubs thanks to its excellent balance of strength, stability, and cost-effectiveness. Its weight provides added stability in outdoor environments, helping ensure safety for players and staff during use.
For clubs where portability is a priority, the A2 Lightweight Aluminium frame can be a suitable option. It is easier to transport and set up, but should be used with care in more demanding conditions. For clubs using their tents very frequently—multiple times per week—or in harsher weather environments, we strongly recommend the A4 Heavy Duty Aluminium range, which offers maximum durability and long-term performance.
In terms of sizing, the 3×4.5 is by far the most popular option for sports clubs, providing ample shade and shelter for players, coaches, and equipment. The 3×3 and 3×6 sizes are also widely used depending on team size and space requirements.

Colours can be matched to your exact requirements, and each tent can feature its own individual design. To help manage budgets, we can adjust the level of printing and offer branding on fewer panels where required. While we recommend full coverage printing for maximum impact and best value, we can also limit branding to the valance panel if a more cost-effective option is needed.
For convenience, sports club tents are designed to be easily stored in their carry bags, and the canopy can remain attached to the frame. This eliminates the need to repeatedly detach and reattach the top, making setup and pack-down much faster on busy match days.
The most popular fabric choice for sports clubs is the 600D PVC Coated Polyester, which offers an excellent combination of UV and heat protection, durability, and vibrant appearance, while remaining lightweight and easy to handle.
For clubs on tighter budgets or with less frequent usage, the lighter 420D fabric can also be considered. For clubs in areas with extreme heat or heavy exposure, the 580GSM 100% PVC fabric provides maximum protection, although it is heavier, bulkier, and more expensive, and is generally only recommended when truly necessary. For most clubs, the 600D PVC Coated Polyester remains the best all-round option, delivering reliable performance, ease of use, and excellent value.
