Plain coloured marquees can be dispatched immediately. Delivery will take between 10 to 14 days upon artwork approval and the payment of a 50% deposit.

Powder coated steel frames are very strong and sturdy, and also cheaper. They are a little heavier than the Aluminium but this can help with stability. If you consider rust to be an issue, or if you intend to use your marquee in adverse weather conditions, aluminium would be the better choice for you.

No. While we do sell printed and unprinted walls, they are not part of our standard packages.

Yes. We can create a custom marquee and brand it to your exact requirements. We can print on each and every roof and valance panels, walls and half walls.

We require artwork files to be provided as vector artwork in an eps, ai or high-resolution pdf file formats. Low resolution images such as jpg, png or artwork saved in an incorrect format cannot be printed.

Yes. We provide a 24-month warranty for the Classic 32 Series Marquees and 60 months cover for the SUPAShade 40 Series Marquees. Our canopy tops come with a 12-month warranty.

Our marquees come with a warranty against manufacturer’s faults in the structure and the connectors, and against material faults in the fabrics. Damages caused by extreme weather conditions, force and misuse are not considered to be manufacturer’s fault and are not covered under warranty. Our shades are temporary portable structures, and should be used as such. Both frames and portable canopies are made of quality materials and are thoroughly tested for strength and durability. BigTop Shades offer multiple frame weights to suit your needs. We sell heavy duty marquees, regular weight marquees, light weight marquees.
