Q. Which is stronger Aluminium or Powder Coated Steel frames? Which would be best for me?

A. Powder coated steel frame is very strong and sturdy and it is also cheaper. They are a little heavier than the Aluminium but this can help with stability. If you consider RUST to be an issue Aluminium would be the better choice for you.

Q. What are the measurements of the BIGTOP Insta frames?

NB. Aluminium Truss Bars have an extra plate inserted for maximum strength.

Q. Is the Bigtop Canopy weather proof?

A.Yes. We only use the highest quality material - 500 denier Polyester - to ensure UV and water proofing, This guarantees maximum protection from the sun and the rain.

Q. Can the top stay on the frame when the canopy is being stored?

A. Yes. Some care should be used when folding the frame down to ensure that the fabric is not pinched in the Truss Bar as it is closed.

Q. Can the Top be washed?

A. Yes with cold water and a mild detergent.

Q. Can BIGTOP arrange for printing of the top and walls of my canopy?

A. Yes. We have in-house facilities which makes the process of creating a custom marquee from artwork through to finished print job smooth.

We can print either simple 1,2 or 3 colour logos by screen print or we can digitally print FULL colour depending on cost effeciency for your job.

Q. Are spare parts available if needed?

A. Yes. We carry a full range of spare parts for immediate delivery.

Q. Do you offer a warranty on the BIGTOP pop up canopies?

A. Yes. We provide a 24 month warranty for the Classic 32 Series Marquees and 60 months cover for the SUPAShade 40 Series Marquees.
